Discography/Biography

While many young bands get ahead in the music business by kissing ass and pandering to each others 'scenes' and egos, Indica are completely ignorant and passive to the world around them. Instead, Indica like to spend their time creating interesting and unique music, music that most probably will never get heard by the masses. The simple fact is, Indica don?t care where the music business is heading, which is what makes them so compelling.

If the 2003 release 'Values Of Silence' was the promise of things to come, 'Unnatural Conspiracy' can be seen either as a fulfilment of this promise, or a vicious slap in the face to those expecting 30 minutes of tuneful bliss. Indica have succeeded in creating a truly unclassifiable sound, intentionally awkward and musically miles away from the over sensitive and sickly American sound that seems to have been adopted by many a British band of late.

Recorded at Mighty Atom studios June 2004, produced by Joe Gibb, co produced by Geth Woolcock & Indica 'Unnatural Conspiracy' combined the bands love for old school rock with the more progressive sounds of bands such as Pink Floyd, Devin Townsend & Dillinger Escape Plan. Indica created a concept mini-album full of suggestion and statement. This is unrefined, raw, no-thrills and down right nasty stuff, no time wasters please.
